Yin yoga is a meditative and physical practice, where poses are held anywhere from 90 sec to 5 min. It allows the dense tissues of the body to lengthen and find flexibility through passive movements. Yin Yoga offers us the ability to let go of held stress and emotions that we hold inside our bodies. It is a beautiful way to allow past and present stressors to melt out of the mind and body. Yin Yoga is beautiful way to reconnect with the deeper pieces of who you are and heal past and present trauma.
