“PLAYNTINGS: works surfaced,” an exhibit featuring hybrid combinations of painting, drawing and sculptural components by Lily Kuonen, opens on Tuesday, Jan. 16, and runs through March 2 in the Muskegon Community College Overbrook Gallery.

You are invited to the Artists’ Open House Reception at the Muskegon Center for the Arts every first Friday night of the month from 6:00pm – 8:00pm, at the Red Lotus Fine Art Gallery located in downtown Muskegon in the Century Building’s basement. Every month there is a different display and art themed event. Come meet and talk with the artists and view their creations. Refreshments will be provided. An Evening with Groucho

Frauenthal Center for the Performing Arts

 Award-winning actor/director/playwright Frank Ferrante recreates his PBS, New York and London acclaimed portrayal of legendary comedian Groucho Marx in this fast paced 90 minutes of hilarity. The two-act comedy consists of the best Groucho one-liners, anecdotes and songs including "Hooray For Captain Spalding," and "Lydia, the Tattooed Lady."  The audience literally becomes part of the show as Ferrante ad-libs his way throughout the performance in grand Groucho style.
