Join our MCA members in creative idea exchanges, inspiration & camaraderie as you work on your project.  (Ages 12 and up) Bring your current ‘working’ projects:

 

• ATC [Artist Trading Cards, supplies available]

• Sewing projects [bring your own sewing supplies]

• Drawing projects [bring your own art supplies]

• Painting projects [bring your own art supplies], etc.

De'ondra Pentecost will teach computer classes on Saturdays from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm. Registration is required. Call HPL at 231-722-8000 to register or click the title to register online.  Brought to you through the generosity of the Friends of Hackley Library.

Word:  Learn the basics of word processing, including opening and saving a document, entering text and making changes.

Do you enjoy roleplaying? Then bring a bag lunch and join other people who do as well. Pathfinder RPG system will be the first system used. Never played before but are curious? That's fine; come and create a new character or bring along one of your old Dungeons and Dragons characters and adapt it to Pathfinder. Open to adults and teens.

Professional illustrator Corinne Roberts is coming to the library to share her love of drawing and teach us how to draw our favorite Star Wars characters! 

This program works best for children 6 years old and up.  Adults should plan to stay if bringing younger children.
