Off the Wall Poetry Contest for Middle and High School Students

Summer Reading Program: From mid June through July the Youth Services staff runs a Summer Reading Club. For each library book read the children fill out a form with the name of the book and the number of pages read. The pages read are tallied to work towards a page goal. When the page goal is reached each child in the program receives a prize. The child's name is put in a drawing for the end of the summer.

Write for Fright Contest Rules and Winners: The Annual Write for Fright Contest runs from October 1 through October 29.

Black History Calendar Contest: Annual calendar contest to celebrate Black History Month. Stop in the Library during February and March to see all the entries, including the winning Calendar pages!
